Taking time each day to get still, reflect, contemplate or meditate are important parts of health and well-being. If it is time for you to add this dimension to your self-care, we can help. Our teachers are trained in mindfulness, mindfulness based stress reduction and mindful self-compassion.
We offer monthly introductory classes for those who are interested in learning about and starting a meditation practice as well as a structured 8 week programs.
