Start this year off with your own Mindful Self-Care Plan.  What will your rhythm be this year?  What will be your balance of exercise, rest, play, work, contemplation, connection?  How will you care for yourself in the midst of your life?

 

This workshop is a great opportunity to press the reset button on your inner life.

You will be introduced to Mindful Self-Compassion skills (MSC) that have been shown to be strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, less anxiety, depression and stress, maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and satisfying personal relationships.
