Erin has worked as a Massage Therapist for the past 8 years, and is a fifth year Student Practitioner with the Canadian School of Osteopathic Manual Practice. 
About Erin

Originally from Alberta, Erin has travelled extensively and is happy to now have settled in beautiful Nanaimo, B.C.  
In 2011 she completed her studies in Psychosomatics, Massage Therapy and Yoga Teacher Training in Australia and then returned to Canada to work as a Registered Massage Therapist at the Banff Springs Willow Stream Spa and as a Yoga Instructor for Rocky Mountain Yoga. Erin’s goal is to support and empower clients to achieve their highest expression of health and wellness. She appreciates the interrelationship between structure and function of the body and feels passionate about helping people optimize their health.
You can often find Erin recharging in nature or contributing to her community.  She is committed to deepening and expanding her awareness and skills and is currently is her 5th year of Osteopathic Studies in Vancouver, B.C. specializing in exploring Global Osteopathic Techniques and its effect on anxiety.

James Boyce

James has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for 7 years and is a third year student with the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice.

His passion for adventure has taken him around the world and brought him to Nanaimo, B.C. which he is happy to now call home.  James graduated in 2010 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Ontario. His ongoing interest in personal and professional growth inspired him to take a 300 hour yoga teacher training in Banff Alberta, and then to dive into the 7 year diploma program of Manual Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Vancouver, B.C., where he is currently in his 3rd year. 

James has practiced in spa’s, clinics and at remote Heli Ski lodges in the BC interior.  James also brought his skills for health and massage into the classroom through teaching and supervising students at a college in Calgary Alberta. 

James likes helping his clients understand how their body works and engage in their healing.  He listens carefully to his clients concerns, draws from a variety of techniques and works cooperatively with allied health professionals to best support the client’s goals for health and wellbeing.

Osteopathy is a drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy that aims to improve health across all body systems by manipulating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework. It is particularly helpful if you:

Massage Therapy

Regular massage can be an important part of your self-care.  Our approach to massage is different. 

We want to help you feel better in your body.  We work to help your body create alignment for healthy biomechanics, muscle re-patterning & re-education and myofascial enhancement. This style of massage emphasizes the role of the musculoskeletal system for health. Taking into consideration the entire body, this gentle hands on approach of treatment gently mobilizes bones, muscles and joint utilizing the craniosacral system.

Depending on the goal of treatment clients can be fully clothed or undressed and covered by sheets. Treatments begin with a thorough biomechanic and functional movement assessment. Re-checking the body and movement throughout the treatment allows us to focus on the cause of the pain or imbalance. The goal is to find and treat the cause of the pain, not just the manifestations. Each client is sent home with home care to supported treatment.

Personalized Couples Massage Workshop

Massage has many benefits for stress reduction and reducing muscle tension and working with your partner can enhance your relationship as well as and your health. 

We are passionate about helping our clients live the healthiest lives possible. Over the course of our practise we have given clients self care techniques for themselves and their partners. The natural progression for us is to offer a full body workshop to couples.
The personalized 90-minute workshop will teach you how to genuinely help your partner release muscle tension as well as help them to relax.

We offer 4 options:

1. Back and Glutes.
2. Hands and Feet.
3. Shoulders, Arms and Legs.
4. Neck and Scalp.

Classes can be taken in any order and we highly recommend purchasing all 4 classes to learn how to treat the entire body. 
Each class is $150 per couple for a personalized 90 min session.

Private Yoga Sessions

Interested in yoga but can’t touch your toes?  Perhaps you have special limitations and are afraid of hurting yourself? 

We offer private one-on-one or couple sessions of Yin/Yang, Restorative or Yin/Yoga.  In the confidential privacy of your own individualized session you will learn to improve your flexibility, vitality and mobility, calm your mind and reduce stress. 


Would you like to learn to meditate?  Have you tried it in the past and don’t think you can do it?  The truth is anyone can learn to meditate.
