Massage Therapy

Regular massage can be an important part of your self-care.  Our approach to massage is different.

We want to help you feel better in your body.  We work to help your body create alignment for healthy biomechanics, muscle re-patterning & re-education and myofascial enhancement. This style of massage emphasizes the role of the musculoskeletal system for health. Taking into consideration the entire body, this gentle hands on approach of treatment gently mobilizes bones, muscles and joint utilizing the craniosacral system.

Depending on the goal of treatment clients can be fully clothed or undressed and covered by sheets. Treatments begin with a thorough biomechanic and functional movement assessment. Re-checking the body and movement throughout the treatment allows us to focus on the cause of the pain or imbalance. The goal is to find and treat the cause of the pain, not just the manifestations. Each client is sent home with home care to supported treatment.

You know when you have a back pain and don’t know where to start. I called multidimensional health and Erin took me that day feeling my pain. She was so grateful understanding my body. She is one of the best discovery for 2018 for sure. Bless you Erin and thank you so much for everything. My back is way better now

I had an amazing first time Osteopathy experience with Erin! She was so thorough, informative and gentle. I went to see her because I was having hip pain for many months. I had tried other alternative therapies but nothing seemed to be helping. After my first appointment I was sore the next day and my hip still hurt, but in the days to come my pain slowly subsided until I woke up one morning and couldn’t remember the last time I had any hip pain! Thank you Erin!!

I had a great experience with Erin. She openly discussed what her approach was, explained techniques and even educated me about the human anatomy. Her subtle approach in encouraging my body to reset itself was a success. I noticed significant improvement immediately and the day following treatment. Erin has a very special gift with the human body, I highly recommend Erin’s treatment.

Erin’s highly intuitive and healing touch is always a delight, leaving you feeling like a new person and James’ uncanny ability to hone in precisely on what ails you almost immediately, treating it with efficiency and ease…Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
