The workshop will support you to find peace with food, comfort in your body and pleasure nourishing yourself.  You will be introduced to practices you can use immediately in your life to help you care for yourself when you are stressed and struggling.

Learning to be present, especially when it’s hard, is the essence of taking better care of yourself.  There are simple tools you can learn to be there for yourself, honour your commitments, live by your values and build emotional resiliency.
