It is an easy way to support ourselves, to slow down, to connect within and to cultivate more self-kindness.

What to Expect?
After you register you will receive a link to the meeting.
A few minutes before 7 am, just follow the link and join the zoom call.
Please make sure that your audio is muted.
After a brief introduction, you will be invited into a 15 minute guided meditation.
Then we will sign off and go about our day.
