It is an easy way to support ourselves, to slow down, to connect within and to cultivate more self-kindness.

What to Expect?
At 7 am, just click the link provided and join the zoom call.
After a brief introduction, you will be invited into a 15 minute guided meditation.
Then we will sign off and go about our day.
