Participants of this 1/2 day workshop will learn how to apply key skills of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) training, an evidence based program designed to cultivate compassion for self and others using mindfulness and self-compassion. Mindfulness and Self-Compassion are two resources that have been shown to decrease burnout and build emotional resiliency even in the midst of caring for others.

Health care practitioners benefit by developing more compassion in our lives and our work, re-balancing our cultures that prize ‘doing’ and caregiving to others over caring for ourselves. 

In this workshop you will learn specific tools you can use immediately in your own life as well as sharing with your patients.
