It’s also a time where taking care of our emotional health is important, especially when we are physically distancing ourselves.
Dr. Kristy Williams (MD) and Victoria Pawlowski (R.C.C, M.Ed.) are offering one hour weekly introductory online gatherings to introduce you to the practice of Mindful Self-Compassion, free of charge. We will share with you a sense of how you could use mindfulness and self-compassion to support yourself and your community during these trying times.

You do not have to download Zoom in order to participate, but it might be a good idea as more and more programs go online using ZOOM. You can access the link through your phone, your ipad or computer.
This program is open and accessible to everyone, whether or not you have a meditation or contemplation practice.
