This being human is messy at times, and self-compassion practice is a balm that can help us continue to show up with loving connected presence for ourselves, our relationships and our community.

I am a mindfulness based, compassion focused therapist with a passion for practicing and teaching Mindful Self-Compassion – an internationally recognized research based program offering meditations, practices and tools to cultivate mindfulness, kindness and connection to our common humanity.

This is the title of David Whyte’s poem. Start Close In. That’s what we did in creating this centre.  We started close in with long time friends and colleagues.
