Introduction to ‘Bringing Compassion to the Table’

This workshop is an introduction to Kindful Eating – a heart centred approach to caring for your whole self through compassionate eating and awareness. It is based on a philosophy of body-mind-spirit nutrition which takes into consideration not just what we eat, but how we eat, why we eat and who we are as eaters.
