We can anchor the goodness in our life with 2 simple practices:

1.  Take time to SAVOR the good moments
2.  Take time for GRATITUDE

When we do this, we are cultivating our own happiness.

Sometimes we shy away from  self-appreciation because we are afraid of standing out or being isolated from others.   But everybody has strengths and talents.

Some questions for reflection:

– what do I like about myself?
– what are my good qualities?
– who do I thank for my good qualities?

We can feel good about ourselves when we honor all the people in our journey who have helped us become who we are.
