Embodied Mindfulness Yoga Class (4-week Series)

Come and relax the body and mind, restore health and wellbeing, and reconnect to yourself. This four week series is designed to bring about relaxation through slow movement, fully supported restorative yoga postures, and meditation. Healing touch and sound therapy also support this gentle practice. Allow yourself to surrender and settle in to your inner self as you are guided within using embodied mindfulness.

$60 for 4-class series
OPTIONAL MEDITATION 8:00-8:30 by donation (to The Haven Society)
