Insight Timer is a free app for smartphones and iPads (www.insighttimer.com) designed to support meditation practice. The app contains hundreds of guided meditations. I encourage you to check out this app and join the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion Insight Timer group. This group is an open group for people around the world who have an interest in Mindful Self-Compassion and would like to meditate remotely with like-minded meditators.
