Inner Resiliency Training for Female Health Practitioners

This 1/2 day skills training workshop is designed for people who identify as female working in mental health and healthcare professions. Rapidly expanding research shows that self-compassion is strongly linked with emotional well-being, lower levels of anxiety and depression, healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and more satisfying personal relationships.
Together, Kristy and Victoria are pleased to offer mindfulness and inner resiliency building workshops for physicians and allied health professionals to enhance wellbeing. You will learn the growing evidence-base behind these practices; the theory and biology of mindfulness and compassion training; and practical skills and tools to bring to your life, personally and to the bedside.
